——關于“～裝裱技能比賽”業務知識、技能比賽的觀后感想
20xx年10月29日，隨著七個供電所的裝表能手依次奮發走進龍華供電所的比賽場地，場地的周圍立即充滿了關于競爭和進步的一切元素。
為了進一步調動職工刻苦鉆研業務和努力學習技能的主動性、積極性，以及在全局營造比、學、趕、幫、超的氛圍，深圳市寶安供電局于20xx年10月29日組織了 “～裝裱”技能比賽。
來自各個供電所的各位前輩的熟練表現是場上一大亮點，他們的操作符合所有安全規定和工藝要求，身手敏捷的他們按程序順利地完成了準備、布局、劃線打孔、掛表固定、剪線捆扎、布線固定、表計接入、檢查加封等裝表接電工作的步驟。前輩們極其出色的表現讓我在腦海中浮現兩句話：咬定青山不放松，練好業績最威風。熟能生巧的道理我們都知道，可是真的要做到，其中付出的會是我們無法預知的。不能說這得經歷多少的千辛萬苦，可我們必須要有打硬仗的準備，因為這是一個長期學習和進步的過程。 “不積跬步，無以至千里；不積小流，無以成江�！眱炐愕臉I務技能不是一朝一夕就可以練成的，是在平常的不斷練習，不斷培養中慢慢形成的，這就要求我們要在平常的生活工作中也能不斷的去學習加強自己的業務技能水平，擺正自
己的思想態度，不要只為比賽而學習，對業務技能水平的學習和提高，是為了更好的提高自己，更好的服務客戶。因此我從前輩們嫻熟的操作中我總結出以下幾點：
首先，競賽前的練習要腳踏實地，既不能圖快，更不能懶散。遇到問題要向專業技術人員請教，勤思考勤動手，把問題的原因、現象以及解決方案用本記錄下來，這樣不至于以后犯同樣的錯誤。我相信只要這樣堅持下去，自己的技能必定會有所進步。
其次，團隊精神至關重要。在平時的訓練中，大家遇到問題時要互相討論，指出不足，相互交流，相互考核，團結作戰，共同成長，有了這樣的團結精神，才能在比賽中“厚積薄發”。
然后，要有速度、要細心。每個參賽選手的技能水平都不相上下，比賽比的就是操作的速度快不快，在操作的過程中細不細心。競賽中失誤大部分都是不細心所導致的。拿到題目時要仔細讀懂題意，不能盲目地追求速度，要保證編程既有速度又有質量。另外，在離開考場前一定要做好現場清理恢復工作，要把模擬裝置清理干凈，要把工具和導線收拾好。
最后，心理素質是影響競賽的關鍵因素。比賽不僅比技術，也比心理素質。要學會如何克服心理障礙：首先，拿到題目后不要緊張，俗話說萬變不離其宗，做好分析，找出正確的解題思路。第二，操作時切記不能三心二意，過程中一定要專心。第三，在平時的訓練中要
把每一次練習當成比賽，這樣才能在平時的訓練中提高自己的心理素質。
親歷了今天的比賽之后，作為新生力量的我，著實被這種良好的競爭氛圍所吸引和感動。之所以吸引，是因為對這個工作的鐘愛。在看到前輩們如此熟練的操作時，便產生了一種強烈的責任感和使命感。在實習的這段時間里，我一直在尋找屬于自己的那份改變，其中一份便是自己心態的改變。當我們通過層層的選拔，正式走進電力行業隊伍的時候，我們先是一種慶幸，后是一種壓力，然后再是一種責任。當然，三者的關系是一個有機的組合，對我來說，他們是缺一不可。尤其是今天看了比賽之后，后兩種感受來的更加真實。我想作為任何一名愿意為電力行業作出努力、貢獻的員工，在看了這樣的場面以后，一定會讓自己深深陷入這樣的環境和氛圍中。這是力量，也是精神上的支撐。我們就是靠著這股來自精神上的強大的動力來支持自己的信念，這個信念用來幫助我們完成我們的工作。
本次競賽是一次理論與實踐相結合的競賽，充分體現了對電能計量人才的要求，鼓勵了先進，提高了中間，鞭策了后進，為基層一線生產員工提供了交流學習的大好時機，為職工學練技能、提高本領搭建了平臺，在全局上下形成崗位爭先進、業務爭一流、人人爭優秀的工作局面，為努力實現“推動科學發展、促進社會和諧、服務職工群眾、加強基層組織”的目標做出了巨大貢獻。同時，本次的競賽為我提供了一個自我提高和學習的好機會。在今后的學習和工作中我將更

Trojan War
The battle of Troy is a great war fought between Greece and Troy. The Greeks sailed to Troy to recover Helen of Troy, the beautiful wife of Menelaus who had been abducted by Paris. After ten years the Greeks achieved final victory and burned Troy to the ground via the Trojan Horse.The mysterious plot is one of the reasons why I loved The Story of Troy so much, yet I am more interested in the human heroes of the war.
In this war, we can see the bloodiness of the war and the beautiful love, the selfishness and greatness in human nature.But in this age of Gameloft, hero and power, the mystical love can bring perhaps only grievous.
The heroes risked their lives and intelligence to fight the Trojan war in gambling which rewarded eternal glory for victory in history. Hector and Achilles, the son of god , destined to leave in their names in the war lasted 10 years.
Well, the initially tempting thing to say is my favorite character in whole movie. Hector, the eldest son of king of Troy, was not only a real hero of Trojan, but was regarded the highest moral hero in Greek classic by later historians. All his life he believed in three things: to look up to heaven and god ,to love his woman, to protect their country."He was such a good son, a fine husband and a great general that he was so kind, wise and brave a perfect person.
The war started because of the mischief of his brother, Paris, whom he didn’t appreciate. However, since Hector was the commander of the Trojan army, he was obliged to fight with all force. It was really a tragedy that such a valiant man died in the duel with another great warrior, Achilles.
Achilles, god of war in the legend, was a hero of invulnerable power. The only meaning of his life is to fight. After Achilles's birth, his mother dipped all his body in a river except his first-teamers in addition to make him invulnerable. In the Trojan war he killed hector, and the Greek changed failure into winning. Later, the prince of Troy Paris shot his feet and killed him.
It is natural to see death in a war. Sometimes, one’s glory walks hand in hand with one’s doom. Achilles was such a typical person. His personal charm made The Story of Troy more attractive. He was so crucial because his every appearance in a war encouraged his fellow soldiers and terrified the enemies. Actually, Achilles was half-god who was almost invincible in people’s mind. That’s why his name was memorized long after his death. Besides the two great men, the wisdom of Odysseus also proved him to be a great hero. I’m quite sure that the story of the wooden horse is widely known, however, few people know who thought of the brilliant idea, that’s why I admired Odysseus so much because he was the person who got the idea. Thanks to the horse, the ten-year war came to an end at last.

The Grapes of Wrath was set during the Great Depression. The work tells of real, diverse characters that experience growth through turmoil and hardship. They decided to go to the west to live a new life.
Tom Joad firstly was the “black sheep” , mostly due to the fact that he has spent some time in jail for manslaughter. He was a round, dynamic character thinking, more or less, only of himself.
Finally he had come to accept Jim Casy's views on the world in general, and planed to organize the people against the money hungry employers.
Ma Joad was Practical and warm-spirited, and she tried her best to hold the family together. She was also the focal point for the entire family. For example, she was the driving force behind the family's ability to get through even the roughest times. She never let anyone know of any doubt or pain that she might have, as even the slightest show of weakness could cause a mild panic in the family.
Jim Casy, a former preacher who gave up his ministry out of a belief that all human experience is holy, was a staunch friend of Tom Joad.
He often spoke the moral voice of the novel, and emerged a determined organizer of the migrant workers.
From my point of view, Jim Casy was not only a Christ figure but also embodied the belief of Transcendentalism.
He represented how the many situations in life impact the ever-changing souls of human beings and the search within to discover one's true identity and beliefs.The holiness of every man is what Casy came to believe after he had spent a great amount of time thinking about it.
Family is a means of survival in The Grapes of Wrath. Without each other, the Joads would have no way of coping with the loss of their land or of getting to California. Family is the weapon that the Joads have against the cold, bitter world around. They, along with many other migrant workers, learned that they were stronger and safer when they reached out to other families, when they created a sense of community.
Central to The Grapes of Wrath is a single lie: thousands of families move west to California because they believe it to be the land of plenty, a place full of jobs and opportunity. This lie is spread through a yellow pamphlet dispensed by a Californian landowner looking for workers, and it both gives families a sense of hope and strips them of hope. Several entities help to sustain this lie: the banks, the car salesmen, the merchants, and the landowners. The Joads are deceived into thinking that their worries will be forgotten once they get to California.
